Bank of North Dakota was established to promote agriculture, commerce, and industry in the State. 

North Dakota Building Authority Act provides that the Commission, may negotiate the sale of the bonds of the Authority.

DMR is the primary source of information regarding the geology of ND and is responsible for regulating all facets of petroleum production through enforcement of statutes, rules and regulations of the North Dakota Industrial Commission. 

The North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA)

The North Dakota State Mill and Elevator Association is located in Grand Forks.

The North Dakota Pipeline Authority (“Pipeline Authority” “Authority”) was created by the Legislature in 2007 and became effective on April 11, 2007.

ND Municipal Bond Bank was re-named the ND Public Finance Authority (PFA).

The Commission acting as the North Dakota Student Loan Trust, holds in trust United States government or North Dakota guaranteed student loans.

The North Dakota Transmission Authority (Authority) was created by the North Dakota Legislative Assembly in 2005 at the request of the North Dakota Industrial Commission.
